This is in responce to the passing of Proposition 8 in California, which is clearly a human rights violation.

Regardless of your orientation, social-class, ethnicity, ANYTHING, we are all humans and all deserve to be treated accordingly. Isn't America the "Land of the Free", the birthplace of opportunity?

We obviously have a lot of growing to do...

This is in the hope that people will realize this. Realize the fact that other people matter just as much as you do. Everyone is different, but that dosen't make them "bad", nor does it make their opinions "wrong". Before judging, try to see through someone else's eyes. Try to see the world as they see it. You might learn something.

Instead of discriminating, we should accept EVERYONE for who they are.

Quite honestly, I think voting down 8 would be the REAL way to restore marriage. It should be for everyone.

Everyone deserves to live the life they want. Loving someone is not a crime. God knows the world needs more love, and who are we to even have the option of taking this unailiable right away?

Hopefully, our children will read about this in their history books and be shocked that our society alllowed such discrimination.
